About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations & Recruitment skilled with 4–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment along with day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, documentation, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the respective departments.
- Manage offer negotiation and candidate closure.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure timely joining and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including joining, onboarding, transfers, confirmation, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for monthly payroll inputs, attendance, deductions, and employee changes.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards as required.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, salary, and other HR matters.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Conduct exit formalities and maintain exit documentation.
