Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram,



with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this position, the Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, including salaried professionals, entrepreneurs, NRIs, and families, by understanding their financial goals and recommending suitable investment and protection solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings (virtual and in-person), explaining mutual fund and other financial products, assisting with documentation and onboarding, and ensuring a high standard of service and compliance. The role involves regular follow-up to deepen relationships, tracking client portfolios, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently. The Relationship Manager will also contribute to financial awareness initiatives, support digital tools like Virasat, and maintain accurate records and reports in the company’s systems. RM
