Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, develop customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, references, online platforms, and customer visits.
- Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Introduce company products/services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers regularly.
- Prepare quotations and communicate pricing and product details to customers.
- Negotiate with customers and convert business opportunities into orders.
- Achieve assigned monthly and yearly targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, delivery, and customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct customer visits and business meetings when required.
- Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases and regular follow-up records.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly activity and performance reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Hindi or Telugu knowledge will be an added advantage.
