Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade software applications and Windows systems.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system administration.
- Troubleshoot installation, configuration, and deployment issues.
- Perform system validation, testing, and documentation.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support as required.
- Collaborate with development and support teams to resolve technical issues.
Mandatory Skills
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Experience with Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of software deployment and installation processes. Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows Server, and basic networking. Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools is an advantage. Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Desirable Skills
Experience with automation tools and CI/CD concepts. Exposure to Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or endpoint management tools. Basic knowledge of SQL and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). Relevant Microsoft or PowerShell certifications are preferred.
