Role Description
The Commercial Card Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for managing and growing commercial card relationships with corporate and business clients. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospective clients, explaining commercial card products, preparing proposals, and supporting onboarding and activation. The role involves monitoring portfolio performance, handling client queries,



coordinating issue resolution, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The Commercial Card Officer will collaborate with internal teams for credit assessment, compliance, and operations, and will provide product training and guidance to clients to encourage effective usage and drive transaction volumes. The role requires maintaining accurate records, adhering to internal policies and regulatory guidelines, and contributing to sales targets and overall business growth.
