We are looking for a highly skilled
Production Application Support Engineer
with 5–6 years of experience in supporting business-critical production applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
AWS
and
Terraform
, along with hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure, implementing monitoring solutions, and supporting serverless applications. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, a proactive approach to automation, and the ability to ensure high availability, stability, and performance of production environments.

managing infrastructure as code, and supporting serverless applications to ensure high availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide L2/L3 production support for business‑critical applications.
Handle incident, problem, and change management end-to-end.
Ensure application availability, stability, and SLA adherence.
Perform root cause analysis (
RCA
) and drive permanent fixes.
Prepare and deliver regular operational, weekly/monthly service reports.
Support releases, deployments, and production changes.
Work closely with stakeholders, development and infrastructure teams.
Proactively identify and work on automation and efficiency improvements.
