About the Role

Innovatiview India Ltd. is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager with 7+ years of experience to manage end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations. The role involves overseeing inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics, transportation, inventory movement, vendor management, and timely dispatch of materials to project sites across India.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics.
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, dispatch planning, and transportation.
- Plan and coordinate timely deliveries to project sites across India.
- Develop and manage transport vendors, courier partners, and logistics service providers.
- Negotiate freight rates and optimize logistics costs.
- Handle reverse logistics, including returns, repairs, replacements, and Return-to-Vendor (RTV)



processes.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory, and Project teams to ensure seamless material movement.
- Monitor shipment tracking, delivery performance, and logistics KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and warehouse safety standards.
- Prepare logistics MIS reports and drive process improvements.
- Lead and mentor the logistics team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in warehouse logistics and supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse management, inventory control, and vendor management.
- Experience in freight negotiation, FTL/PTL operations, courier management, and reverse logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and team management skills.
