Role & responsibilities:
- Execute functional, regression & end-to-end testing across Sales Cloud / Service Cloud workflows
- Validate Salesforce customizations (Apex, LWC, Flows) and log defects in JIRA with transparent repro details
- Perform post-deployment smoke/sanity testing and provide QA sign-off in sprint reviews
- Build & maintain Selenium + Pytest automation; triage automation failures and flaky tests
- Leverage AI tools (Claude Code) to accelerate test script development
