Job Description

We are looking for a Barista & Fast Food Executive to manage beverage preparation, quick-service food preparation, counter operations, billing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, chai, cold beverages, and other drinks as per café standards.
- Prepare rapid-food items including Vada Pav, French Fries, Garlic Bread, Popcorn, and Sandwiches.
- Operate coffee-making and beverage equipment.
- Handle POS/billing, order taking, and customer service.
- Maintain consistent taste, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Maintain counter stock and coordinate with the kitchen during peak hours.
- Upsell add-ons and provide a friendly customer experience.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience as a Barista/QSR Counter Staff preferred.
- Freshers with the right attitude can be considered and trained.
- Good customer-facing communication skills.
- Kannada, Hindi, and basic English preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food hygiene.
- Barista certification is an added advantage.
- Punctual, reliable, energetic, and comfortable working during busy hours.
- 12th/PUC preferred; graduation not mandatory.
