About The Role
The Sr. Graphic Designer at Strobe Works plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our clients' brands through creative and strategic design. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling marketing materials across multiple platforms. Your designs will help communicate brand stories,



promote products, and engage target audiences effectively. This role requires a combination of creative flair, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking to produce designs that not only look great but also align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Working closely with the Design Lead and other team members, you will translate creative briefs into impactful visual solutions that resonate with diverse audiences and elevate brand presence.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a relevant educational background in Design, such as a BA or BS degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or an equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing design, either within an in-house creative team or an agency setting, is required.
