HR Intern (6-Month Internship)

Location: Wakad, Pune
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹13,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Flexible Shift Available)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility
- MBA (HR) / BBA / BBA (HR) completed
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in attendance and employee engagement activities
- Handle job postings on job portals and social media




- Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
