We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Civil to supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and other project teams.
- Check quantities, measurements, levels, alignment, and workmanship.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
- Coordinate with the project team to achieve work targets and timelines.




- Conduct quality inspections and ensure rectification of defective work.

Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Robust knowledge of civil construction practices, drawings, measurements, and quality control.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and site workforce effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
