A leading organization in the FMCG sector, seeking an experienced professional to drive business development and customer growth across the HORECA & Institutional segment. The role offers an opportunity to manage key customers, develop new business and contribute to territory growth.

Location: Pune

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing and new HORECA & Institutional customers.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and retention.
- Develop customer plans and execute trade-related activities.
- Drive sales strategies, promotions and evaluate business results.
- Handle sales forecasting, business reviews and category reviews.
- Negotiate trading terms and support joint business planning with customers.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience handling HORECA & Institutions.
- Graduate / Post Graduate qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the HORECA segment.
- Good industry networking and customer relationships.
- Robust business development, negotiation and customer management skills.
