We are hiring an IT Recruiter with experience in Client Hiring, C2H (Contract-to-Hire), and Permanent Hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to closure.
- Manage client requirements, C2H and permanent hiring.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals.
- Hire for technical skills such as Java, Python and related technologies.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer negotiation and joining.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and achieve recruitment targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–5 Years in IT Recruitment
- Robust sourcing and screening skills.
- Good understanding of Java, Python and IT technologies.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
