The Manager – Placement Operations owns the end-to-end placement journey for candidates once they are placement-ready (language certification and documentation complete). This role is the critical link between candidate readiness and successful deployment with our German hospital and care-partner network, directly responsible for maximizing placement rate, speed-to-placement, and partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end placement ownership:
Manage the full placement lifecycle for placement-ready candidates — profile matching, partner submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and confirmation.
- Maximize placement rate:
Drive candidate-to-partner matching to achieve maximum successful placement conversion, minimizing candidate drop-off and unplaced backlog.
- Partner relationship management:
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for German hospital/care partners; manage requisitions, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling,
and feedback loops.
- Candidate coordination:
Track candidate readiness pipeline, prioritize placements based on partner demand and candidate profile fit, and ensure candidates are well-prepared for partner interviews.
- Cross-functional coordination:
Work closely with Language Training, Documentation/Visa, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless handoff from "placement-ready" to "deployed."
- Pipeline & MIS reporting:
Maintain accurate placement trackers/dashboards — candidates in pipeline, placement rate, time-to-placement, partner-wise fill rate — and report to leadership regularly.
- Process improvement:
Identify bottlenecks in the placement funnel and design SOPs to improve conversion speed and quality.
- Escalation management:
Resolve candidate or partner issues arising during the placement process (offer negotiation, documentation gaps, timeline conflicts).
