We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to connect with customers, understand their requirements, generate leads, and explore business opportunities for Bharani Velli Maaligai.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and customer enquiries.
- Explain our products, services, offers, and savings schemes.
- Identify new business opportunities through customer conversations.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Handle follow-ups for campaigns, branches, and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with branch and sales teams for lead conversion.
- Maintain daily calling and customer records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead targets.
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English preferred.
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interested in sales and business development.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
