- Manage and lead a team of Field Collection Executives.
- Allocate collection cases and customer visits to team members.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Monitor field visits, productivity, and collection performance.
- Conduct daily team huddles and review performance.
- Track assigned buckets, overdue accounts, and recovery targets.
- Support team members in handling difficult or high-value customer cases.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
