- Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient cash handling, customer service, and security.
- Oversee teller operations, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and transactions processing.
- Authorize loans and other financial products for customers while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise a team of staff members to achieve sales targets and improve overall branch performance.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in branch banking or related field.
- Solid knowledge of banking operations, authorizations, cashier activities, and teller operations.
- Proven track record in managing teams to achieve sales goals and improve operational efficiency.
