About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units, partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers to attract, assess and hire high-quality talent.
The incumbent will support hiring for Cloud & Digital Services (CDS), Digital Solutions (DS), Business Process Services (BPS) and Secure Storage Services (SSS). This role requires robust understanding of technology and sales hiring, excellent stakeholder management skills,
and the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition approval through to candidate onboarding.
• Partnerwith hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies and drive timely closures.
• Source, screen and assess candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals and networking.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and deliver a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations and offer-to-joining conversions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards and hiring reports, while contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems.
