Job Title: Student Transport Driver

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:
- Student Pick & Drop: Safely transport students between hostels, residences, and Xylem Learning centers in line with the daily schedule.
- Vehicle Care: Drive responsibly, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and perform routine daily checks (fuel, brakes, tires, and fluid levels). Promptly report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Safety First: Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, navigate safely through heavy city traffic, and manage student boarding and deboarding carefully. Ensure personal driving credentials and vehicle documents remain valid and up to date.
- Coordination: Maintain regular communication with transport coordinators, hostel wardens, and administrative teams. Instantly report route deviations, traffic bottlenecks, or delays.





Requirements:
- Education: SSLC or Plus Two (Preferred).
- License: Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) License with a Passenger Badge preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience operating buses or institutional transport for schools, colleges, or coaching institutes is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of Trivandrum's local routes, bypasses, and urban traffic dynamics, along with fluency in Malayalam.
- Attributes: Punctual, dependable, patient, and able to stay composed during peak traffic hours.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
