About the Role:
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversion for Modular Kitchen, Wardrobe, Doors & Windows, and Interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with potential customers from leads.
- Understand customer requirements for modular kitchen and interior products.
- Explain products, designs, pricing, and services to customers.
- Generate appointments for the sales/site team.
- Follow up regularly and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and site team for customer visits.
- Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales / Customer Relationship.
- Experience in Modular Kitchen, Interior Design, Furniture, Home Improvement, Building Materials,
Doors & Windows is preferred.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of CRM/Excel is an advantage.
- Tamil and English communication required.
- Should be comfortable making regular outbound calls.
