Key Responsibilities
- HR & Admin Operations at the manufacturing plant
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Statutory compliance and documentation (Factory Act & Pharma Norms)
- Attendance, payroll & welfare activity management
- Familiarity with GMP, FDA/WHO audit requirements.
- Ability to manage shiftbased workforce and contract labour.

Qualification
- Graduate

Experience
- 2 to 5 years experience in pharma manufacturing plant HR
