We are looking for an experienced
Adobe Implementation Project Manager
to lead enterprise-level Adobe Experience Cloud implementation programs.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adobe Experience Cloud implementation programs

• Define project scope, roadmap, timelines, governance and delivery strategy

• Manage multiple workstreams across data, content, personalization and analytics

• Drive Agile delivery and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Manage client stakeholders, vendors and implementation partners

• Conduct discovery workshops and solution alignment discussions

• Track project risks, dependencies, issues and overall program status

• Lead cross-functional teams including Architects, Developers, Consultants, QA, Data Engineers and Business Analysts

? Must-Have Experience

✅ 12–15 years of Project/Program Management experience

✅ 5+ years managing




Adobe Experience Cloud implementation programs

✅ Hands-on project delivery exposure to:

•
Adobe Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP)

•
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

•
Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

•
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites & Assets/DAM)

✅ Robust understanding of customer profiles, audience segmentation, customer journeys, personalization and analytics

✅ Experience managing integrations with CRM, marketing automation, data warehouses, APIs and middleware

✅ Strong stakeholder, vendor and team management skills

? Preferred

⭐ PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification

⭐ Adobe Experience Cloud certifications

⭐ Experience in large-scale Martech / Customer Experience transformation programs

⭐ Knowledge of GDPR, Consent Management and Data Governance
