Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with solid knowledge of Loan Origination System (LOS) and CBS FLEXCUBE applications. The candidate should have good understanding of banking and lending processes and be experienced in gathering requirements, preparing functional documentation, and coordinating with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Work on LOS and CBS FLEXCUBE application enhancements and implementations.
- Understand and analyze loan origination, credit, lending, and core banking workflows.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
- Coordinate with development, testing, product, and business teams throughout the SDLC.
- Support UAT, defect tracking, issue resolution, and production implementation.




- Identify business/process gaps and recommend suitable functional solutions.
- Support integration requirements between LOS, FLEXCUBE, and other banking applications.

Required Skills
- 48 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services.
- Hands-on experience with LOS (Loan Origination System) and/or Oracle FLEXCUBE / FCUBS.
- Strong understanding of banking, lending, loan processing, and core banking processes.
- Excellent requirement gathering and functional documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of SQL, APIs, and system integrations is an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
