About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Training Manager to lead the training and capability-building initiatives for the InstaHelp team at Urban Company.

Location : Chennai + Tamil Language

The role will be responsible for delivering both theoretical/classroom and On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs to ensure partners are equipped with the right technical skills, service knowledge, system understanding, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver classroom/theoretical training and OJT programs for InstaHelp partners.

• Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training for Kitchen Cleaning, Floor Cleaning, Bathroom Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and other relevant home-cleaning services.

• Train partners on service processes, SOPs, safety guidelines, quality standards, and customer handling.





• Provide hands-on demonstrations of equipment, tools, cleaning products, and appropriate cleaning techniques.

• Train partners on Urban Company's systems/apps, including job acceptance, service workflow, order handling, attendance, and other operational processes. • Conduct mock sessions, role plays, demonstrations, and practical assessments to evaluate trainee readiness.

• Monitor OJT performance and provide real-time feedback, coaching, and corrective guidance.

• Identify skill gaps and conduct refresher or corrective training wherever required. • Maintain training records, attendance, assessment scores, certification status, and partner performance data.
