- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Conduct initial vehicle inspections and prepare accurate job cards.
- Explain required services, repairs, estimated costs and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired as per manufacturer standards.
- Monitor the progress of repair and maintenance jobs and provide regular updates to customers.
- Prepare service estimates and obtain customer approval before carrying out additional repairs.
- Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Explain completed work and repair details to customers at the time of delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with spare parts, technicians, warranty and billing teams for smooth service operations.
- Maintain accurate service records and update customer information in the DMS/CRM.
- Follow up with customers for periodic maintenance and future service requirements.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service-related targets.
- Requirements




- Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership or service centre preferred.
- Good technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and basic diagnostics.
- Knowledge of 2-wheelers, 4-wheelers or EVs will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Solid coordination, problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer and DMS/CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service targets.
