Job Summary

We are hiring a Customer Sales Executive to support our eCommerce operations by handling customer calls related to order confirmation, delivery coordination, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office workplace.

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth order processing and reducing cancellations and RTOs.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Calling
- Make outbound calls for recovering abandoned cart orders, order confirmation, address verification, and delivery coordination.
- Handle inbound customer calls related to order status, delivery timelines, and basic support queries.
- Follow up with customers for pending confirmations or unresolved issues.

Order & CRM Updates




- Accurately update call outcomes, remarks, and customer details in CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.

Customer Experience & Quality
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly tone on all calls.
- Clearly communicate company policies related to orders, shipping, and returns.
- Work towards improving customer satisfaction and minimizing order cancellations.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass (Bachelors degree preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with calling tools or CRM systems.
- Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
