We are looking for an AI Engagement Specialist to own and grow relationships with our key customers. In this role, you will combine Customer Success, Account Management, and engagement leadership, acting as the bridge between customers, Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Leadership.

You will ensure that every engagement is aligned with customer goals, successfully delivered, and positioned for long-term growth. You will proactively identify and remove blockers for both customers and delivery teams, drive transparent communication and accountability,



and ensure that issues are resolved quickly by the right stakeholders.

You will own the end-to-end customer journey, from the Sales-to-Delivery handover and project onboarding through delivery, UAT, adoption, renewals, and account expansion.
