Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement new chemical synthesis methods to improve product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop recent products.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize chemical reactions.
- Design and develop new analytical methods to ensure product purity and potency.
- Troubleshoot issues related to chemical synthesis and purification.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and procedures.

Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D; chemistry.
- Possess strong knowledge of chemical principles, including organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry.
- Experience with chemical synthesis, purification, and characterization techniques is required.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
