Agency Manager HDFC Life Insurance

Locations: Wardha (Sudampuri), Chandrapur (Sapna Talkies), Gadchiroli, Brahmapuri, Nagpur (Dharampeth & Central Avenue), Bhandara, Gondia, Amravati (Jaisthamb Square), Akola (Ratanlal Plots), Yavatmal (SBI Square) and Buldana.

CTC: 2.75 LPA to 5.5 LPA (Based on Experience & Interview Performance)

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of Financial Advisors/Insurance Consultants.
- Drive life insurance sales through the Agency Channel.
- Generate leads and support advisors in customer acquisition.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
- Monitor advisor productivity and policy persistency.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Sales, Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, or Field Sales preferred.
- Solid communication and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
- Willingness to work in a field-sales environment.
