A key managerial role responsible for overseeing the production and efficient execution of manufacturing processes.

Primary focus is to coordinate and guide the production activities to meet production goals, maintain quality standards, and optimize productivity.

Manage and lead the production of around 200 people and about 50 CNC machines (3 axis + 5 axis) team and be the sole responsible person for P & L of production/ manufacturing.

Incumbent shall be totally responsible for quality and quantity of the output on shift basis and continuously improve upon product quality and delivery

Monitor the manufacturing processes, analyze production data, and identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement. Work closely with the team to implement changes, streamline workflows,



and reduce waste or bottlenecks to improve overall efficiency and productivity.

Take pro-active lead role in troubleshooting and resolve them. They work closely with operators, technicians, and other stakeholders to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and minimize production downtime or disruptions.

Actively promote and support continuous improvement initiatives within the production engineering team.

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
