Role Description
The Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTPO) will lead MSM Unify’s technology and product vision,



ensuring that the platform and related services are scalable, secure, and aligned with business strategy. This is a full time, on-site role based in India, overseeing cross-functional teams in engineering, product management, UX, and data to deliver innovative solutions for students, institutions, and partners. The CTPO will define and prioritize the product roadmap, manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement of platform performance and user experience. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, setting technical standards and architecture, mentoring technology and product leaders, and ensuring that digital solutions support operational efficiency and growth. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, vendor management, risk assessment, and adherence to relevant regulatory and data protection requirements.
