We are looking for creative and detail-oriented Jr./Sr. Interior Designers to handle design development, documentation, client coordination, and site execution for interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concept layouts, detailed and working drawings.
- Create design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Prepare BOQs, material schedules, quantity estimates, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per approved designs.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues while maintaining timelines and quality.
- Use AI tools for design research, presentations, productivity, and workflow optimization.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends and materials.
Required Skills:
- Experience required is 1 - 3 Years
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Strong space planning and design visualization skills.
- Good knowledge of materials, detailing, and execution processes.
- Ability to prepare BOQs and project documentation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client coordination skills.
- Valuable organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel easily to Hiranandani Estate, Thane West.
