We are seeking an energetic, target-oriented, and highly organized Marketing Executive – Collateral Management, Property Management & Asset Takeover to drive business development, coordinate landlord and property management activities, manage collateral documentation, identify asset takeover opportunities, and build strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, landlords, brokers, and clients.

The role requires excellent coordination, marketing, negotiation, documentation, and follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of transactions while supporting the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through marketing and networking.
- Develop relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, developers, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Identify potential collateral and asset takeover opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

2. Collateral Management




- Coordinate the collection of collateral and property-related documents.
- Maintain updated records of collateral assets and supporting documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation for financing, leasing, and asset transactions.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for verification and processing.

3. Landlord & Property Management
- Coordinate with landlords regarding lease agreements and documentation.
- Collect and verify:
- Lease Agreements
- Security Deposit Records
- Ownership Documents
- Property Tax Receipts
- Utility Bills
- KYC Documents
- Registration Documents
- Encumbrance Certificates
- Legal Approvals
- Resolve landlord-related issues and documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain solid relationships with landlords and property owners.

4. Asset Takeover & Recovery Coordination
- Identify distressed assets and assets takeover opportunities.
