Role Overview:

The
Senior Manager – Business Finance
will serve as a strategic finance partner to the business, driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability through financial insights, commercial decision support, and data-driven problem solving. The role will partner closely with Category, Marketing, Product, Supply, Expansion, and Leadership teams to shape business strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, optimize commercial investments, and improve overall business performance.

The ideal candidate combines solid financial acumen with first-principles thinking, structured problem-solving,



and the ability to influence business decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Strategy
- Identify and evaluate key revenue drivers, customer trends, and commercial levers to unlock sustainable business growth
- Assess the performance of business initiatives, pilots, and experiments, providing recommendations on scalability and optimization
- Build financial models to evaluate pricing strategies, promotional investments, customer acquisition initiatives, and monetization opportunities
- Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support strategic planning and investment decisions
