Unlike typical salon software, SalonCapp is created by a team that owns and operates FreshFace, a multi-branch unisex salon, so every feature directly addresses real-world salon challenges. The platform replaces manual spreadsheets, registers, and fragmented messaging with a unified system for appointments, reminders, staff and payroll management, and over 30 business reports. An integrated AI assistant helps salon owners quickly understand where revenue is leaking and how to improve performance. This focus allows salon owners to spend less time on admin and more time growing their business with clear visibility into key financial and operational metrics.

About the Role

We are looking for a Tech Sales Executive to drive new customer acquisition for SalonCapp, our SaaS platform built for salons, spas, beauty clinics, and wellness businesses.

You will be responsible for lead generation, product demos, customer follow-ups,



sales conversion, and relationship management while working closely with our Project, Technical, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and field visits.
- Conduct online/offline product demos and explain SalonCapp's features and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain CRM/sales records.
- Build robust customer relationships and support the onboarding process.
- Coordinate customer queries with Project, Technical, and Support teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Share market feedback and identify new business opportunities.
