Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Trainees / Associates to join our growing sales team.
Your role will involve:
- Engaging with potential customers through outbound calls.
- Understanding their professional development needs.
- Recommending the right upskilling solutions.
- Selling Be10x’s premium courses.
- Building strong customer relationships and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce House of EdTech’s courses.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant upskilling courses.
- Effectively pitch the benefits of courses in Excel, Python, Power BI, and AI-driven Stock Market Training.
- Build rapport with prospective customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Convert leads and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales tea
