Senior Technical role requiring 10+ years of relevant experience.

Oracle HCM Cloud technical expertise across module -Core HR (Global HR), Workforce Structures (Jobs, Positions), Journey (Journey Checklist), Approval Workflow, Security (Roles, AOR, Data Security)

Oracle Redwood UX exposure, including validation of technical components (reports, extracts, integrations) in Redwood-enabled environment

Strong experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, and report rationalization / retrofit, SQL

Development using Fast Formulas, Value Sets, Lookups, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL

Integration development and support using REST/SOAP APIs, inbound/outbound interfaces, Workforce API integrations

Data migration, transformation, and reconciliation support

Robust experience in unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and defect resolution
