Work in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) Technology Team on a global, multi-tenant, real-time service with thousands of concurrent users, developing platforms that support contact center agents.

What You Will Do
- Contribute to product improvement beyond code implementation by actively caring about the product and its users.
- Develop highly performant, secure, and scalable services that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Continuously improve and automate the monitoring and deployment of our cloud service.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field / or relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening
- 2+ years of relevant experience building Front End Applications
- Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks including Vue.js / React
- Knowledge of state management (e.g., experience with Pinia for centralized state)




- Ability to build real-time applications; understanding of Web Sockets and REST API

- 2+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development

- Ability to responsibly utilize AI tools to enhance development productivity and quality
