- Conduct monthly induction sessions for new students and help them settle into the course.
- Stay in regular contact with all enrolled students through email and in person.
- Track student attendance, behavior, and performance; identify absenteeism or lack of

seriousness early.
- Take responsibility for classroom students and ensure no student is ignored.
- Prepare and maintain attendance reports and handle confidential HR-related matters.
- Support offer letter preparation and assist during final salary discussions.
- Manage weekday and weekend batches and ensure classes run as per schedule.
- Help newly enrolled students during their first few sessions and resolve their queries.




- Create and manage batches for different courses and handle batch change requests.
- Coordinate doubt-solving sessions and manage multiple classes running at the same time.
- Plan and manage technical mock interviews and track student progress with trainers.
- Conduct one-on-one discussions with students to guide them on preparation and next steps.
- Manage end to end student performance and make them placement ready with the support

of training team.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
