JOB PURPOSE

The HR Business Partner – Digital serves as a strategic partner to Digital, Technology, Data Analytics, Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, and Transformation teams. The role is responsible for driving talent strategy, workforce planning, organization effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, and HR transformation initiatives.

This position requires a robust understanding of technology functions, digital operating models, and data-driven people practices while supporting business growth, innovation, and organizational change.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic HR Business Partnership
- Partner with Digital leadership to align people strategy with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
- Provide consultative support on organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee productivity.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters.

Workforce Planning & Talent Management
- Drive manpower planning and headcount governance for digital and technology teams.




- Support succession planning, talent reviews, critical role identification, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Identify future skills requirements and build talent pipelines to support digital transformation.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams for hiring technology, data, AI, cybersecurity, ERP, application development, and digital transformation talent.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality digital talent.

Learning & Capability Building
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted learning interventions.
- Drive technical, leadership, and future-skills development programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Performance Management
- Lead goal setting, performance reviews, calibration discussions, development plannin
