Role Description

The
Lead Generation Associate
will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers through outbound calls and other communication channels. The role involves reaching out to prospective homeowners/tenants, understanding their requirements, explaining Nestaway’s offerings, qualifying leads, and scheduling follow-ups or appointments for the sales team.

The associate will maintain accurate lead records in CRM tools, conduct regular follow-ups, track lead status, and work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve lead conversion. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in making calls,



and the ability to handle objections while maintaining a positive and skilled interaction with prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant Nestaway offerings.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, location, budget, and other criteria.
- Follow up with interested prospects and move them through the lead funnel.
- Schedule calls, meetings, site visits, or further discussions with the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information accurately in CRM/ticketing tools.
- Handle basic customer queries and objections related to Nestaway’s services.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Track lead performance and share feedback on customer requirements and market trends.
