Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an
Acquiring Solution Designer
with
8+ years of experience
in payments, solution analysis, business analysis, or related technology roles. The position will focus on Merchant Acquiring and payment capabilities, including authorization, POS, ATM, e-commerce, clearing, settlement, scheme compliance, mobile wallets, contactless payments, and tokenization.The role will coordinate with business and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, assess, and document requirements. The position will support solution definition, improve delivery clarity, and enable successful implementation of payment products and enhancements.

Required
Software Requirements
- Experience using current and supported versions of requirements management, project tracking, collaboration, documentation, presentation, and process-mapping tools.
- Proficiency in creating:
- Business requirements documents.
- Functional specifications.
- Use cases.
- User stories.
- Acceptance criteria.
- Process flows.
- Data and interface requirements.




- Experience with requirements traceability, issue tracking, change management, and delivery reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum planning and collaboration tools.
- Ability to document payment flows, business rules, system interactions, data flows, dependencies, risks, and assumptions.
- Experience using diagramming or modeling tools to represent processes, solution flows, data flows, and integrations.
- Understanding of tools and practices used for API documentation, testing, defect management, and release validation.

Preferred
- Experience with payment orchestration, transaction monitoring, API management, integration, or solution modeling tools.
- Familiarity with payment testing, transaction simulation, reconciliation, and settlement validation tools.
- Experience with data analysis and SQL-based validation tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-based payment platforms and solution documentation tools.
