About The Fresh Factory
The Fresh Factory is a clean-eating caf and food ecosystem built around one simple idea: Fresh Food, Fresh Experiences. From our caf and Fresh Bar to our bakery, StockRoom retail, farms and R&D;, we are building a more transparent and thoughtful way of experiencing food.

We are looking for an F&B; Executive who is hands-on, guest-focused and obsessed with getting the details right.

What youll do
- Manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues effectively.
- Ensure SOPs, service standards and operational checklists are followed.
- Help train and guide junior team members on service standards.

What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in cafs, restaurants, premium QSRs or hospitality.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in food, coffee, wellness and hospitality.
- Good understanding of restaurant service and basic F&B; operations.
- Ability to work under pressure without compromising service quality.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
