Job Summary

The Guest Relationship Executive is responsible for ensuring a positive and memorable experience for guests by providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The role involves welcoming guests, handling feedback, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and service-related issues.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and hospitality at all times.
- Handle guest complaints efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
- Conduct follow-ups with guests to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Maintain guest records, feedback, and service reports.
- Assist in organizing guest events, meetings, and special arrangements.
- Promote company services, facilities, and amenities to guests.




- Ensure reception and guest areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve service quality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly guest service reports.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
