Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Design planting, irrigation, fertilizing, and harvesting schedules.
- Resource & Supply Management: Purchase seeds, feed, fertilizers, and machinery.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and manage farm workers and field teams.
- Quality & Health Control: Monitor crop health or livestock welfare and manage pest control.
- Operations & Budgeting: Track inventory, manage operating budgets, and keep detailed production records.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow environmental, health, and workplace safety rules.
