Role & responsibilities

Job Purpose

To manage the overall administration and operations of the Area Office, coordinate project execution, support technical teams, maintain customer relationships, and ensure seamless communication with the Head Office for project delivery and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Area Office Administration
- Manage the overall administration and day-to-day operations of the Area Office with a team strength of 50+ employees.
- Ensure office discipline, infrastructure, statutory compliance, and smooth functioning of all support activities.

2. Project Coordination & Customer Interface
- Coordinate project execution with customers, project teams, vendors, and internal departments.
- Act as the primary customer interface for project progress, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion.

3. Technical Support
- Provide technical guidance and support to project and service engineers in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and automation-related applications.




- Assist teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues whenever required.

4. Head Office Coordination
- Coordinate with the Head Office for project planning, material delivery, engineering support, commercial matters, documentation, and project management activities.
- Ensure effective communication between Area Office and HO for timely execution.

5. Contract Workforce Management
- Coordinate deployment, attendance, compliance, and performance of contractual manpower engaged at customer sites.
- Ensure adherence to company and customer requirements.

6. Legal & Statutory Compliance
- Support implementation of applicable legal, statutory, and customer-specific compliance requirements.
- Coordinate documentation and audits as required.

7. Business Development Support
- Visit customers for purchase order follow-up, enquiry discussions, RFQ clarification meetings, and relationship management.
