Role Description
The QC Manager for the OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) Pharma Plant at VHA Biopharma is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing quality control operations for OSD manufacturing, including routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. The QC Manager will develop, implement, and monitor QC procedures,



manage documentation, and coordinate with production, QA, and regulatory teams to maintain GMP and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising laboratory staff, reviewing and approving analytical reports, handling deviations and OOS investigations, and supporting audits and inspections. The role also includes continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and adherence to industry best practices.

Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of quality control processes and systems for OSD (tablets, capsules), including stability studies, validation, and routine analytical testing.
- Hands-on experience with analytical techniques and instruments (e.g., HPLC, UV, dissolution testing) and related documentation practices.
- Proficiency in GMP, GLP, and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., WHO, FDA, ICH) applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
