Role Summary Key Objectives

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead - Full Stack Development with 5+ years of experience to lead the design and development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, build high-performance frontend and backend solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, contemporary applications.

Core Responsibilities
- Experience in database design and optimization using MySQL/PostgreSQL, along with strong SQL skills
- Ability to write efficient queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably AWS) with knowledge of services like Lambda, SQS, and Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with SDLC practices,



including code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of Linux environments and experience in performance tuning and scalability is an added advantage
- Knowledge of AI and AI developer productivity pipelines.
