Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organised Studio Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination and smooth functioning of our studio in Calicut.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating with faculty, production teams, staff, and other stakeholders while ensuring that schedules, studio activities, and operational requirements are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily studio schedules and activities.
- Manage bookings, recording schedules, and studio requirements.
- Coordinate with faculty, presenters, production staff, and internal teams.
- Ensure the studio is prepared before scheduled sessions or recordings.
- Monitor day-to-day studio operations and report any issues.
- Coordinate basic equipment, materials, and other studio requirements.
- Maintain schedules, records, and operational updates.
- Ensure sessions start and finish according to schedule.
- Support the team with administrative and coordination tasks.




- Communicate updates and requirements to the relevant teams.
- Help maintain a professional, organised, and productive studio environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, administration, studio operations, media, education, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple people and manage schedules.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work on-site and manage day-to-day operational requirements.
- Freshers with strong communication and organisational skills may also be considered.

Preferred Skills
- Studio or production coordination experience.
- Experience working with faculty, trainers, or content teams.
- Basic understanding of video recording or production workflows.
